So we built one place that knows how coaching actually runs, from first enquiry to fee received. You log a session once and confirm what happened; from that one entry come the invoice draft, your credential hours, the company report and the next follow-up. Nothing is invented for you.

What we believe

Coaching is a relationship built on trust, so what happens in the room stays in the room. CoachYantra™ never records, transcribes or summarises a session. We keep the facts of the work — who was coached, when, for how long, what it cost — because those are what produce an honest invoice, a timesheet and a credential log. A coach’s private reflections, and anything a coachee writes for themselves, stay theirs.

Built by a credentialed, practising coach

CoachYantra™ was built from the inside — by an ICF Professional Certified Coach who still runs a practice, logged every hour by hand, and wanted the interference gone. It is the back office one coach wished he had, made for every coach who needs the same.
