What a founding place is

CoachYantra is opening to 100 founding cohort coaches. A founding place is an offer of the terms on this page: the founding price, kept for three years, a say in what gets built, and the first twelve months of every new add-on included.

Places are offered on 23 September, while they last. Requesting a place is not the same as being offered one.

What founding cohort coaches keep

• The founding price does not change while you are subscribed, for three years from your first paid day. After those three years the standard price applies, and we tell you thirty days before.
• Founding cohort coaches see new features first, and what their practices need shapes what comes next.
• Each new add-on is free for its first twelve months from the day we release it.

These are the whole of the offer. Anything else you read about CoachYantra is the product, not a term of this offer.

How a place is offered, and how you accept

If a place is offered to you, an email arrives with a personal access link. Opening it creates your practice and starts a 30-day trial with everything working, and no payment details.

Accept by 30 September. After that the offer has passed. One offer per coach, and places are not refilled once all 100 are offered.

The link is for you alone. If it is used by somebody else, or shared, we may end the place.

The trial, and keeping the founding price

Every founding place starts with the same 30-day free trial as anyone else. Nothing is charged during it and we ask for no card.

To keep the founding price, subscribe before the trial ends. We remind you five days before. If the trial ends without a subscription, the founding place ends with it, and you can still subscribe at the standard price at any time.

What you pay

The founding price for your country, including tax, is shown under Setup, Subscription before you pay. It is a subscription for twelve months, paid once a year in advance, that renews each year until you cancel.

Payments are taken by Razorpay, which holds your card or bank details. We never see them. Cancelling, refunds, and what happens when a subscription ends unpaid are in the ordinary Terms, which apply to a founding place as they do to everyone.

What the offer does not include

Third-party usage is not included: text messages, WhatsApp messages and paid electronic signatures are charged as they are used, at the price shown before you use them.

Add-ons after their first twelve months are charged at the price shown before you switch them on.

If a place is not offered to you

Anyone not offered a place can still start a 30-day trial, with everything working, at any time. Nothing about your practice is treated differently for it.

Changes to this offer

We may change these terms for places not yet offered. A place already offered or accepted keeps the terms as they were on the day it was offered, and the version and date at the top of this page say which those are.

If we ever end the founding programme early, places already accepted keep everything on this page.
