How the trial works
- Request. Your name, email, where you practise and your highest ICF and EMCC credentials, with the jobs you picked if you want.
- We read it, and send your access link. It comes to your email and opens your account. There is nothing to install.
- Set up once, then 30 days with everything working. Your practice name, rates and how you log hours. No payment details, so nothing is charged when the trial ends.
Privacy first
Who sees what.
Do you record sessions?
No. CoachYantra never records, transcribes or summarises a session. There’s no transcript field in the database, and a build check fails any change that adds one.
Who can see what?
You see your whole practice. Your coachee sees only their own space. A company sees only the report items its agreement allows. Other coaches see nothing of yours.
What is encrypted?
Your private notes and journal, your coachee’s journal and commitments, messages between you, and calendar entry titles, each encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it reaches the database.
Where is my data held?
In India, in Mumbai. Each practice is walled off from every other in the database itself, and that wall is tested on every build.
Can I download my data?
Yes, whenever your practice is open and for 30 days after it ends, as one spreadsheet.

What is a founding place?
One of 100 founding places. Founding cohort coaches keep the founding price locked in for 3 years from their first paid day, see new features first, and get the first 12 months of every new add-on included. Invitations went out on 23 September and must be accepted by 30 September.
